The Company was established on April 24, 1979, under the name PT Mitra Rajasa based on Deed No. 285 executed before Ridwan Suselo SH, a Notary in Jakarta. It was subsequently amended by Deed No. 352 on May 31, 1979, and Deed No. 173 on July 13, 1979, both made before the same Notary. The Company's Articles of Association were approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. Y.A.5/377/14 on October 12, 1979, and were announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 45, Supplement No. 387, dated June 3, 1980.
The Company underwent a transformation by becoming a Public Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since January 30, 1997, with the code "MIRA". The Company was the first truck transportation company to be listed on the IDX. On October 2, 2009, the Company's name was changed to PT Mitra International Resources Tbk following the Company's entry into the oil and gas industry through its subsidiary.
Business Scope
According to the Company's Articles of Association, its business activities include transportation, trade, services, construction, mining, and industry. The Company began its journey in the transportation industry by providing transportation services for cement bags from cement factories using truck fleets.
With the development of the industry in Indonesia, the Company continued to expand its services by offering transportation for various types of goods covering different areas in Java Island.
Currently, the Company has gained trust as a primary transportation service provider for several leading cement manufacturers in Indonesia to handle the distribution of their products in the Java Island region. Beyond cement factories, the Company also provides exclusive services to leading packaged drinking water manufacturers.

- Land Transportation Services
Land transportation services are operated by the Company. The operations are based on two coordination regions: the headquarters in Citeureup - Bogor and a branch office in Palimanan - Cirebon. The operational coverage of this service includes various areas in Java, with a concentration in West Java, Jakarta, and Tangerang. The Company also operates mixer trucks for projects in Central Java and East Java.
- Logistics & Warehousing Services
Operated by the subsidiary PT Mitra Dinamika Logistik since 2014, located in Citeureup - Bogor. This service provides integrated warehousing services alongside transportation services. In addition to warehouse rentals, the Company also handles loading and unloading of goods in the rented warehouses.
- Coachbuilder Services
Operated by PT Rama Dinamika Raya, located in Citeureup - Bogor. This business segment offers various coachbuilding services, including flat deck trucks, dump trucks, box trucks, wing box trucks, and others.
